Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are handled the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

boldnook currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link and courier details.

If your tracking information has not updated, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after your order is placed.

• If you need to update your shipping address or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@boldnook.store.
• We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we are unable to change a shipping address once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we deliver:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows delivery but your package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
